Amore Complex Care’s CQC ‘Good’ Achievement

Sarah Leary, Operations Manager at Amore Group announces that Amore Complex Care proudly celebrated their CQC rating of ‘GOOD’ in all areas today!

Sarah would like to congratulate the team who have worked passionately to ensure that the service that Amore provide across Merseyside and Cheshire is both quality driven and person centred.

The Care Quality Commission stated that:

‘People were supported to have maximum choice and control of their lives, and staff supported them in the least restrictive way possible and in their best interests.’

‘People who received a service said this was important to them; one person described their support worker as “Brilliant, absolutely brilliant.”

‘People’s support focused on them having as many opportunities as possible for them to gain new skills and become more independent.’

Amore Group Director, Ian McDougall commented:
“I am delighted with the outcome of the recent inspection, it’s a reflection of the hard work and commitment that all the team puts in, from those in the field to those providing support within our office.
We are already putting the building blocks in place to enable us to achieve ‘outstanding’ at the next inspection.
Gareth Potsig and I are extremely proud of the service that our teams offer, enabling those we support to lead a fulfilled life.”

Our dedicated office team, our field staff and management infrastructure are all contributing factors to our rating and we are excited about the future of the complex care provision within the Amore Group.
