Congratulations Krystian Hudson!
Krystian has worked within the care industry for over 5 years, having been with the Amore Group for just over 12 months.
We are delighted to announce that Krystian has been successful in achieving a Team Leader Position with one of our Amore Complex Care clients.
Krystian started with the Amore Group having worked at the client’s incumbent provider. The support package was transferred across to the Amore Group, which given the close relationship that Krystian had built with the client and the progress that had been made, he was keen to continue working with them.
In Krystian’s new role he will be supporting with introducing new staff members to the client and completing shadow shifts to ensure all staff are successfully integrated. In turn, building a resilient staffing team with the client’s best interests at heart.
Krystian will be managing this around organising music festivals and the running of his own record label, Society Of Losers, which he enjoys doing in his spare time. He also has his own band, Salt the Snail – be sure to give them a listen!
We wish Krystian all the best in his new role, which we know he will be a huge success.
