Day #19
Door #19 comes from one of our support staff, Teri Barnes. Teri submitted a lovely comment alongside her design, “After what has been the worst possible year for everyone! I think this is fitting snow man looking up to the rainbow that helped everyone through.” We could not agree more Teri!
Reason #19 to join the Amore Group
Here at the Amore Group we place a huge emphasis on career progression. At times, candidates may have limited experience however our experienced recruitment teams are able to recognise potential. In addition to our rigorous recruitment process (which includes satisfying reference checks, completion of an enhanced DBS check and risk assessment), if the candidate has limited experience we ask they complete several shadow shifts with our experienced support workers to ensure they have effectively retained the information learned during the comprehensive training we offer.
We also encourage workers to take further qualifications in Health and Social Care, such as NVQ programmes, and to step outside of their comfort zone into more advanced positions to progress within their health and social care career. This often leads to opportunities of permanent positions for the candidate to be proposed for.
