Investing in our Team

Last week some of our team completed the Leadership and Management course hosted by Asset Training Academy.

The team learnt how to:

✔ Understand the different styles of leadership and the tools, techniques and approaches available for motivating and maximising the work performance of the team

✔ Manage time effectively by having a sense of your ‘prime time’ and prioritising and scheduling tasks constructively

✔ Recognise the core skills and behaviours of what makes an effective leader, and the characteristics of an effective team
