Role – Female Support Workers
Location- Withington
Salary - £12.75
Shifts – 12 Hours either 8 am – 8pm and 8pm – 8am wake nights

- Competent verbal and written English
- Must have experience within health and social care settings
Meet the person you’ll be supporting:
- Who am I? I’m a 33-year-old female who loves going for drives and accessing the community, long walks, going the cinema, bowling, arts and crafts, shopping and going to Blackpool. I work well with routine.
- What challenges do I have? I’m diagnosed with Autism, learning disability, challenging behaviour, PICA and epilepsy. Due to her autism our client requires a consistent routine, clear boundaries, and support from highly experienced staff, who know her well and are trained in autism & Challenging Behaviour.
- What are my aspirations? To continue to enrich my quality of life and accessing the community.
- What activities do I do?· I have a swing and a hot tub in my garden. I spend a lot of my time weather permitting in my garden.
- How do I get out into my local community? I have a car and love drives out. There is a park and shops nearby I like to go to.
MY TEAM
- How many people support me at one time? I am supported 2-1 during days and 1-1 during nights
- What shift patterns do my team do? 8am to 8pm day shifts and waking nights. I am supported by 2 staff during the day and 1 staff member at night.
- What are my team trained in? My staff will get a bespoke training course specifically to cover my needs.
