New Registered Manager Joanne Aiken
After joining Amore over four years ago and operating in a couple of different roles (including House Manager and more recently Complex Care Manager) Joanne Aiken has been promoted to the position of Registered Manager. Joanne has successfully gone through the process of accreditation with the Care Quality Commission to become Amore’s Registered Manager.
She passed validation checks and a face-to-face interview with the regulators to ensure that she is indeed the best person for the role.
Joanne will now head up a team of four Complex Case Officers, a Compliance Officer and a Talent Acquisition officer, and will oversee the safe and effective delivery of complex care support services within a twenty mile radius of Liverpool.
