• Favourite breakfast? Porridge – but when she’s in a rush, she’ll settle for a cup of tea!
• Hobbies? Emma loves staying active, with a passion for horse riding, caring for her horse, swimming, and hitting the gym – even with a dislocated knee, she’s determined to keep moving!
• Biggest achievement? Her daughter, who is thriving, healthy, and about to start her GCSEs in the top set, with a particular love for mechanics!
• Favourite celebrity? Tom Hardy – no explanation needed!
