We understand that CQC and Ofsted inspections place great emphasis on agency staff, so our training and compliance standards are designed to exceed expectations. Our training program includes:

  • Care Certificate & Oliver McGowan Training
  • Medication & Buccal Training
  • Whistleblowing & Safeguarding
  • Team Teach & CPI Safety Intervention (MAPA)
  • Bespoke client-specific training

We utilise Access Screening, a state-of-the-art software platform, to streamline recruitment while ensuring full compliance with CQC and Ofsted requirements. This makes the hiring and vetting process efficient and effective.

  • Aftercare Services: Assisting services that support young people transitioning from childhood to adulthood, helping them prepare for independent living.
  • Care Homes: Supplying workers for elderly residents in care and nursing homes, assisting with daily tasks such as personal care, feeding, and dressing.
  • Secure Centres: Providing staff to secure accommodation services for children and young people with high-risk behaviours, supporting behaviour stabilisation through specialised training in de-escalation and intervention techniques.
  • Rehabilitation Services: Offering staff to services supporting individuals with mental health issues, addiction, or other complex care conditions, providing empathetic and holistic care solutions.
  • Education: Working with specialist education providers for children with SEN needs, helping secure both short and long-term positions in schools and colleges.
  • Crisis Intervention Centres: Collaborating with centres to offer short-term specialist support for children with challenging behaviour, assisting them in transitioning back into long-term placements through activities and engagement.
