Spotlight on our Support Workers – meet Alice Ann Balmer!

At the Amore Group, we are proud to work with caring professionals who bring a real sense of leadership to their roles. Today, we’re celebrating Alice Ann Balmer, a Team Leader in our Amore Complex Care division, who plays a vital role in ensuring the best possible support for our service user KM.

Dedicated support with a respect for routine

Alice leads a fantastic team dedicated to supporting KM, helping her live a structured and fulfilling life. Whether she’s accompanying KM to appointments or assisting with personal care, Alice ensures that every aspect of her client’s routine is met with respect and understanding.

KM thrives on structure, and Alice, alongside her team, works diligently to provide consistent and compassionate support. From day-to-day activities to special moments like helping style KM’s hair, Alice fosters a comfortable and empowering environment that allows KM to maintain her independence while receiving the support she needs.

A strong, collaborative team

One of Alice’s greatest strengths as a Team Leader is bringing together a group of professionals with diverse experiences and backgrounds. She values teamwork and highlights how the variety of personalities and ages within her team contributes to seamless and effective care.
