Apprenticeship Opportunity
Here at Amore Group we recognise the importance of investing in young people. We want to help young people as they transition from education into a workplace environment by equipping them with the right skills and meaningful experiences as they begin their career.
We have had many success stories including Dan Davies in our Payroll department who started with Amore Group back in 2013 as an apprentice achieving an NVQ Level 2 and 3 in Business Administration with the company. After completing his apprenticeship, Dan started a full-time position in 2014 within the company’s Payroll department as a Finance Officer.
Next month Dan will be celebrating 8 years of service with the company which perhaps one of his proudest achievements to date was when he was crowned ‘Best Dressed’ from our Chester office whilst dressed as a candy cane in last year’s festive fancy dress competition!
On reflecting on his apprenticeship experience, Dan commented,
“The apprenticeship helped enhance my confidence, communication skills and motivation, as well as giving me valuable experience in a workplace. My colleagues and seniors provided plenty of support, giving me an overview of the expectations of working in an office environment.”
