Best of Luck to Lisa Daley in running the Race for Life for Cancer Research UK

Our Liverpool Branch Manager, Lisa Daley, will be taking part in the Race for Life in Sefton Park on Sunday 10th July 2022 organised by Cancer Research UK.

Lisa will be completing 10K along with fellow family members termed, ‘Ladies who Brunch’, to help raise vital funds and awareness of the incredible work that Cancer Research UK do.

Cancer Research UK organise various fundraising initiatives to raise funds for scientists, doctors and nurses to help beat cancer sooner. In addition, Cancer Research UK provide information to the public on how to spot vital signs and symptoms of cancer that allow us to detect cancer early which can improve the quality of life and treatment options available compared to those diagnosed late.

On running the Race for Life, Lisa comments,

“Like many, we have family and friends who have been affected by cancer, we are running it for them all. I will especially be doing it for my little Nan. Following the race, I plan on hitting a bottomless brunch!”
