Congratulations Lexi on completing 5 years with the Amore Group!
Lexi joined us 5 years ago having gained a wealth of experience in supporting adults with autism and associated complex needs whilst working for an established specialist autism charity. After beginning her care career caring for children with special needs, she then transitioned to adult support where she achieved her NVQ Level III accreditation.
Lexi started her career with the Amore Group at our previous Wirral branch as a Recruitment Consultant in a 360 role before then moving across to our Chester branch where she was promoted to Senior Placement Officer in recognition of her hard work and achievements as a Recruitment Consultant.
Since then, Lexi has welcomed her gorgeous little girl Gabi to the world and now works two days a week supporting the Chester branch, focusing on compliance.
