Congratulations to Blair Smith!
We are joining Skills for Care in #CelebratingSocialCare in April by sharing a fantastic testimony we received this week to our support worker, Blair Smith.
Blair has been working supporting our client who are an emergency family hostel. Whilst on shift there was an incident where a resident became verbally abusive to another resident, however Blair worked with the service co-ordinator to calm the situation and offer assurance to other residents. The residents themselves later commented to the service co-ordinator on how well Blair had managed the situation.
The service co-ordinator added,
“I couldn’t be happier with how well Blair dealt with the problem and communicated with myself throughout.”
