Reason #6 to join the Amore Group
Our support staff are integral to the success of our service which is why we invest in developing the skills and knowledge of our workforce through providing a comprehensive training package. We pride ourselves on holding a CPI MAPA and PRICE training accreditation in addition to TEAM TEACH. We appreciate it may not always be possible for you to attend face-to-face training, which is why we offer a variety of training options including facilitating training through our online platform as well as face-to-face.
In addition to the mandatory training that we provide to support staff covering the Care Certificate, we also provide specialist training to meet the client’s needs. We encourage all our workforce to undertake further qualifications in Health and Social Care such as NVQ programmes.
