At Amore, we recognise the hard work, technical skills and compassion that goes into the profession. Nurses are essential in meeting demands, caring for patients, and making an invaluable contribution to the healthcare industry worldwide.
On such an important day, we would like to shine the spotlight on our Branch Nurse, Megan Floyd!
As our Clinical Lead, Meg manages our clinical clients across the Northwest and handles the competency development management for our support teams.
Meg started her Amore journey as an on-call Care Coordinator working out of hours and handling all incoming calls. She also completed shifts with some of our clinical clients and worked within our agency division, Amore Social Care, while she was at college.
From there, Meg was inspired to continue studying and complete her nursing degree. She left to work in hospitals and gained experience with acute medical conditions. Once Meg had the experience she needed, she came back to Amore and took on the role as Branch Nurse.
We would like to thank Meg for all her hard work and dedication, and her invaluable support to both our support teams and in ensuring that our Amore Complex Care clients receive the best possible care.
