Joseph Curran is taking steps to raise money for WUTH Charity
We are super proud of our contractor, Joseph Curran, who is taking on ‘Challenge 100’ to raise money for WUTH Charity (Wirral University Teaching Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Charitable Trust).
As part of the challenge, Joseph will be walking 3 miles for 100 days!
The WUTH Charity raise funds to enhance patient care at Arrowepark Hospital and Clatterbridge Hospital to ensure that every individual receives the best possible patient experience. The money the charity raises goes toward improving the patient environment, creating welcoming visitor areas and the purchase of industry-leading machinery.
On speaking about what inspired Joseph to get involved, he stated:
“Unfortunately, a lot of family and friends have suffered from cancer, though thanks to both hospitals they were able to receive the treatment that they need. Over the past year, these have been not just hospitals, but beacons of hope.
“I stumbled across Challenge 100 and thought this would be a great way to give back and let the staff at these hospitals know we value the work that they do. Plus, I love walking with my dog Ruby!”
