It was great to have the management team back together again this week for our quarterly management meeting (albeit social distanced!)
The team got together to provide an update from all business areas and to discuss the business strategy for the year ahead.
This week saw Group Financial Controller, Malcolm Vaughan, provide an overview of how the branches have been performing.
Our Quality and Compliance Manager, Sue Bromilow, presented the results from our client and contractor satisfaction surveys, which it was great to see a huge improvement in all areas measured.
Jo Aiken, Regional Complex Care Manager, provided an insight into the tendering process for our Complex Care packages and Becky Jones, our Marketing and Digital Media Executive, provided a marketing update.
Some great results across all business areas and exciting plans in the pipeline as we enter the last quarter of the year!
