Marco Catena walks 22.9 miles and raises £25,000 for Hillsborough Survivors Support Alliance

Last week we told you how Marco Catena was walking 21.5 miles to raise funding for the Hillsborough Survivors Support Alliance (HSA). The funding will go towards ensuring that the life-changing therapy programme that has been developed by survivors for survivors can be accessed by all.

We caught up with Marco this week, and we are delighted to announce that he walked 22.9 miles which is an incredible 61,000 steps and in total has raised over £25,000.

Marco commented,

“I am bruised, blistered and ache all over but it was worth every second of it! It has been an absolute privilege to have been part of this.”

Congratulations Marco, this is a fantastic achievement!
