New Recruit of the Month
We are delighted to announce Jemma Fulton has been awarded New Recruit of the Month!
Jemma started with us at the end of March and has had a fantastic impact on the service she has been supporting. Jemma had limited experience when starting with Amore though was eager to learn more about working in the health and social care sector having gained an insight into the sector through completing a Psychology degree.
Since completing a comprehensive training programme with Amore which included mandatory, MAPA and medication training, Jemma has been supporting one of our key clients within our Amore Social Care division who are a leading provider of services and support to people with autism and their families. Since working with the client, Jemma has often travelled long distances to accommodate the needs of the service and has had a positive impact on the service she has been supporting.
