New Recruit of the Month
Starting a new role can be both rewarding though at times daunting if this is within a new sector which you have limited experience. Here at Amore Group, we make the recruitment process as friendly and as efficient as possible, making sure you are kept updated along the way. Through our new ‘New Recruit of the Month’ scheme, each month we will be shining the light on a new recruit that is excelling in their role as a support worker since starting their career with Amore.
For this month, we start with shining the light on Nicole O’Loughlin. Since joining Amore, Nicole has shown really good progress and resilience.
Nicole has supported on various packages within our Amore Complex Care division before finding a package that suits her experience and skills sets and where she has now taken on consistent shifts having developed a great relationship with the client.
Nicole has shown remarkable dedication to supporting the client, including covering a shift on her birthday weekend and cancelling her own personal plans.
