Meet Ashleigh Egan: Our North West Registered Manager!
We are thrilled to introduce Ashleigh Egan, who is now heading up our Amore Complex Care North West branch – a newly merged branch combining our previous Manchester and Widnes branches. Ashleigh, who previously served as the Registered Manager for our Manchester branch, has been instrumental in driving excellence in care. Under her leadership, the Manchester branch achieved a GOOD rating in all areas during their first CQC inspection, an accomplishment we are immensely proud of!
Ashleigh’s journey with us began as a Complex Care Case Officer, and through her dedication and skill, she was promoted to Senior Complex Care Case Officer and then to Registered Manager of the Manchester branch. Now, she leads our North West division, bringing her expertise, passion, and commitment to excellence to even more clients.
In her new role, Ashleigh is excited to lead the North West division with the same energy and focus that brought success to Manchester. She is committed to building a strong, cohesive team that continues to deliver high-quality, outcome-focused care across the region. With Ashleigh at the helm, we are confident that the North West branch will reach new heights of excellence.
