Our Quality Improvement Action team are made up of volunteers across all departments, united by a single goal to influence the quality of care we provide, as well as creating a more positive workforce.
It’s an opportunity for each member to reflect on what is going well in their team, identify areas for improvement and BRAINSTORM (just look at all those post-it notes!)
Through rolling up our sleeves and the power of collaboration, we continuously drive real improvement in our services to ensure our clients continue to receive outstanding care!
