Feedback is essential to our service. It helps us to step back, reflect and evaluate how we are doing. Are we meeting the needs of our clients and our staff? What can we do to improve?
This week we received some fantastic feedback from one of our support staff, Suleman Asher. Suleman has worked with Amore Group for over three years, and gave particular praise to our Placement Officer, Declan Lawlor:
“I have had a great experience with Amore Group and have been working with them for approximately 2-3 years! The staff has always gone above and beyond to ensure that their agency workers always have a good number of hours and a wide range of work available. I would like to mention Declan Lawlor as he is a very dedicated member of staff who has always gone above and beyond for myself, I think he is a credit to the Amore Group company!”
