We are so pleased to welcome Tracey Comerford to the team!
Tracey will be based in our Amore Social Care Liverpool branch as a Recruitment and Compliance Officer, supporting with the branch’s recruitment needs for providing staffing solutions to the diverse range of clients we support. This includes non-profit organisations supporting adults and children with learning and physical difficulties, aftercare services, secure centres supporting children and young people that are identified as having high-risk behaviour and rehabilitation services.
Tracey joins us with tonnes of experience, having gained her own first-hand experience of being a support worker for 6 years supporting adults with autism in an independent living setting and most recently working as a care coordinator within a domiciliary care company. Tracey’s caring qualities also continue outside of work, where she is a qualified Reiki healer!
In Tracey’s new role as a Recruitment and Compliance Officer she will be able to draw on her own personal experiences of being a support worker and identify the key qualities for candidates wanting to work working within a health and social care profession.
