Welcome to the team Jonathan Kyle!
We are delighted to introduce a new face to the Manchester branch, Jonathan Kyle! Jonathan joins us as a Recruitment and Compliance Consultant.
Jonathan has previous experience working as a HR manager, which as part of his role he was responsible for building a strong workforce and overseeing a team of 85 staff members. Additionally, in this role Jonathan completed full on-boarding and off-boarding processes. Jonathan has also previously worked as a background screening officer, completing rigorous candidate compliance checks on behalf of large corporate clients. Jonathan’s expertise in recruitment and compliance will prove fruitful in supporting the growth of the Manchester branch.
Outside of work Jonathan is a massive football fan, being involved with the sport both on and off the pitch. Jonathan has previously worked at Bury Football Club as a Bar and Events Manager where he was responsible for the recruitment and managing a small team of 13 bar staff. Jonathan is currently the first team goalkeeper coach for Padiham FC, who play in the North West Counties League Premier Division. Jonathan’s claim to fame is he has previously played football at Wembley Stadium with former Arsenal player, Ray Parlour!
