We are delighted to welcome Kainaat Sheikh to join our Manchester branch!

Kainaat will be working as a Recruitment and Compliance Officer supporting our Amore Complex Care division within the Manchester branch. This will include recruiting for specific complex care packages, understanding our client’s needs and ensuring that the candidates we recruit have the right skills, knowledge and experience to ensure these vulnerable individuals receive the very best support.

Kainaat previously worked within the financial industry alongside the compliance department, which although a different industry, Kainaat understands the importance of ensuring that company policies are followed and that each and every candidate must satisfy our rigorous compliance checks for the safety and welfare of our clients.
