Well done Jessica Turner-Holmes!

It’s Professional Care Workers’ Week!

With such an important event organised by The Care Workers’ Charity, celebrating the immense societal value of care work, we thought it would be only right to end the week celebrating our skilled support workers.

Today, we want to celebrate Jessica Turner-Holmes, one of our outstanding Amore Complex Care support staff, who has recently received heart-warming feedback from a client’s family.

A parent shared these kind words about Jessica’s exceptional work:

“I just want her to be acknowledged or recognised for how she has supported our daughter these last few months whilst she’s been in this episode of psychosis.

She really has gone above and beyond in the way she has handled everything and managed her aggressive behaviour. She truly has been outstanding, and I know I can trust my daughter in her care.

This is not taking anything away from the other staff members, who are also amazing, but Jessica has really shone through, especially given she is only a young lady herself. I need this to be acknowledged as it’s only fair that good work and professionalism is rewarded.”

We couldn’t agree more!

Jessica, your resilience, empathy, and professionalism in such challenging circumstances truly stand out. You embody the high standards of care we are committed to at the Amore Group , and it’s clear that your efforts are making a real difference in the lives of those we support.

Thank you for your commitment to providing exceptional care, and for being a shining example of our values. We are lucky to have you, the rest of your team, and all our talented support workers onboard!
