Well done Seun Mustapha and Anthony Chidiebere!

Professional Care Workers Week doesn’t finish until the end of today , and we won’t stop shouting loud about how skilled and worthwhile care workers are.

We are so lucky to have such stand-out support workers onboard – meet Seun Mustapha and Anthony Chidiebere, who have successfully completed their clinical training!

At the Amore Group, we believe in recognising the hard work and dedication of our staff. Our Amore Complex Care team brings such a tailored approach to each care package they are commissioned for, completing bespoke training for their client’s specific needs.

Under the guidance of our Registered Nurse, Seun and Anthony have gained essential skills to support our service user. Their training ensures they can deliver quality care while confidently handling advanced clinical tasks like tracheostomy changes, seizure monitoring, and personal care.

Kelly Broad, their Case Officer, had this to say:

“Seun has completed his training with confidence very quickly, and Anthony has been very hardworking and engaged throughout the sessions. They both have done a fantastic job.”

We just had to congratulate them! When speaking to Anthony, he told us how he had enjoyed the flexibility of hours in Amore Social Care, but how he was excited to now work with our Amore Complex Care client on a permanent basis to suit his new lifestyle. Our temp-to-perm process allowed our client and Anthony to see if they were a good fit for each other, and it went without a hitch!

It is safe to say that Seun enjoys his time with Amore Complex Care too, and we are so grateful to have both of these skilled support workers onboard.

Seun shared the following:

“Amore has been working together alongside me to make sure I had the best training and a wonderful time whilst working with them. It has been a great time for me so far and I hope we continue this partnership till the future.”

Congratulations to both Seun and Anthony for their commitment to making a real difference in the lives of those they care for. We are so proud of you both!
